This large scale abstract painting is called Dreams Awakened. It was created on a 30” w x 40” h wood panel with oil paint and cold wax. Many layers of paint and colors and texture went into this special piece. I love the hints of colds and warmth coming through the various colors of blue. When I stand back and look at this painting I see the ocean. I see the night sky. I see possibilities and dreams and stories waiting to come to life. As an artist, it is my hope that you, the viewer, will see your own connections and your own dreams when you look at this painting.
